All calculations happen entirely in your browser. We never collect, store, or transmit any of the numbers you enter. There's no account, no sign-up, and no tracking of your inputs. The tool is free to use and always will be.
How It's Funded
This site is supported by Google AdSense display advertising. We do not receive referral fees from any lender, bank, or financial institution, and no advertiser influences our calculator results or content.
Accuracy & Limitations
Our calculator computes the standard fixed-rate mortgage payment formula (principal + interest only). It does not include property taxes, homeowner's insurance, PMI, HOA fees, or lender-specific origination costs — all of which add to your actual monthly payment. Always obtain a formal Loan Estimate from a licensed lender before making borrowing decisions.
